Clashes Between Rival “Amba ” Camps Leave Three Dead, Others Wounded.

By Raymond Dingana.
Three suspected "Ambazonian" fighters from Babessi have been killed in Bangolan, Ngoketunjia Division of the North West Region of Cameroon, Saturday November 02, 2019. Though the circumstances surrounding their death still remain unclear, eye witness accounts are indicating that, the three were killed when they were on one of their routine controls at the Bangolan market and met with stiff resistance from those in Bangolan.
The resistance later degenerated into a serious clash between the two camps leading to the death of three of those from Babessi while two others sustained life threatening wounds. Reports are also indicating that, one of those killed, abducted four of his uncles for being against his ways of doing things and took them to an undisclosed location last Friday November 01, 2019.
Mohammed who hails from Babessi told DrayInfos that, those from Babessi have always been a thorn in the flesh of the population of Bangolan. He cited an instance where the fighters from Babessi disrupted the supply of electricity to the population of Bangolan thereby depriving them of electricity, asking for huge sums of money before electricity could be reinstated.
Another native who opted for anonymity, disclosed to DrayInfos that, about two months ago, some fighters from Bamunka-Ndop were overpowered by the population of Bafanji when they came and attempted destroying the bridge linking Bafanji and the West Region of Cameroon.

FRENCH PRESIDENT, EMMANUEL MACRON, DISAVOWS DECENTRALIZATION AS SOLUTION TO ANGLOPHONE CONFLICT; OPTS FOR REGIONALISM.

Image an elephant walked into the room. It's definitely something you would notice. It's also something people would describe in many different ways. Some might see it as a monster or a threat, while others (like The Colbert Factor) might think it's the greatest thing ever. It would ultimately mean something different to everyone, and that would influence the way each person understood it. The visit of the French President was the elephant walking into the Cameroon room.   Emmanuel Macron and Paul Biya in Yaoundé. July 25-27 2022 Last week's visit by recently re-elected French President, Emmanuel Macron, was too substantial to ignore. To most ordinary Cameroonians, his remarks after the close to two hours high-level talks with long-serving President Paul Biya, were great. To others, (especially those in government), they were a threat to what government had given a pat on its back for a fast-track of the decentralization process with a Special Status for the North Wes...

In one of such busy day of work, the Senior Divisional Officer of Menchum Division, Mr. Abdoullahi Aliou, paid a surprised visit to the children and encouraged them in their endeavour. You have been the lucky few to have been chosen to work and earn some money to help your parents send you back to school. Make sure that dream comes true. Do not in anyway disappoint the Council and the entire population who trusted you to have this job. Be good citizens and true patriots. Thank you for assisting the council ...
