CHAIRMAN NI JOHN FRU NDI'S 2022 END OF YEAR MESSAGE TO CAMEROONIANS.

Members of the SDF family, Brothers and Sisters of this country. I stand here to wish you people a happy new year. When i say happy, it's because we deserve to be happy. But if we look at ourselves as Cameroonians especially those from the Northwest and Southwest, are we really happy? So many have lost their loved ones, we can't live at peace and at ease in our own hometowns. So many people have taken refuge in Mbouda, Bafoussam, Douala away from their own hometowns and cannot come home to feel at home. Their properties have been destroyed. In the early days of this struggle, when I left here going to the farm, i went through Boyo and grass had covered the main roads because vehicles were not passing, vehicles were destroyed, so many things took place that many did not feel safe and at ease in their homes.  But as we're approaching the year 2023, I want to thank God that some of us are still alive, those that are dead, are dead and gone but we have to continue. I've alw

CPDM MAYOR DIES AFTER INVESTITURE LIST REJECTED.

Mayor Toulale is said to have suffered a malaise before giving up the ghost. It is not known if the situation is the consequence of his party’s investiture committee denying the list he presented for the elections. The agronomist is said to have implanted himself on the political scene in his community, wielding a lot of influence. His admirers have since been fuming over his demise. The municipal authority’s collaborators described his demise as a great loss to the Manyo-Dale Council. The development comes amid widespread tension across the Northern regions over the selection of candidates for the twin elections within the CPDM. On November 21, two brothers, Maigari Robert and Maigari Bangawa, ended in a deadly clash at a restaurant in Ngaoundere following disagreement over the same investiture process. The Maigari brothers failed to arrive a consensus over whose name should have been added on the CPDM council list. Fellow party supporters and investiture delega

National Dialogue: Understanding the Special Status for North West and South West Region

One of the key resolutions of the Major National Dialogue that held in Yaoundé from 30 th September to 4 th October 2019 is the granting of a special status to the North-West and South-West Regions, in conformity with Section 62 Sub 2 of the Constitution on autonomous regions with special status.
