It is very wrong to use people's past and their struggles against them during the heat of an argument. You were not there, you didn't know what they went through and how they came out of it. They opened up their wounds & pain to you!

When people let you in on their struggles and past hurts, it's simply because they feel safe believing they can TRUST you. That's a privilege!!!

Some do it so that you can know them better & for you to know how to handle them ,not for you to use it as a tool to stab them.

You dont have to murder someone before you kill them, your words can kill them too. Your words can set them back if they are not strong enough.

Some people may look tough but may be struggling on the inside.

Don't make people regret knowing you!
Don't be the one who digs up an ugly past that God has already began a process with.
Don't be the reason why they cry back to God!

Let the past be! If you cant support them, love them, care for them or help them rise, walk out of their lives without setting them back!

It's normal to disagree but please avoid digging what's already buried....

LES BRASSERIES DU CAMEROUN: Poised to revamp dying North West Economy.

As the crisis persists in the Anglophone regions of Cameroon, economic sabotage has been part of the modus operandi of the Separatists. In a bid to tackle the pressing issues of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and drug abuse, the "Adjust for Me" project, implemented by Common Action for Gender Development (COMAGEND), has been making strides in the Ntarikon 2 community, Bamenda. The project, which aims to raise awareness and educate the community on the causes, consequences, and prevention of GBV and drug abuse, has been well-received by community members. According to Nde Christopher, a community spokesperson trained within the context of the project, the initiative has been instrumental in sensitizing the community on the ills of GBV and drug abuse.
